Minor Passport Issuance
- Processing time: 3–4 months.
- Required documents:
Documents of the applying parent: International passport. Internal Ukrainian passport or ID card with proof of registered address in Ukraine. Taxpayer identification number (TIN). Residence permit in Greece: (Residence Permit / Άδεια Διαμονής; Certificate / Βεβαίωση; temporary protection status document).
Child’s documents: Passport subject to replacement. Birth certificate.
If the child was born outside Ukraine: Birth certificate with Apostille; certified translation into Ukrainian; certificate of registration as a citizen of Ukraine. Taxpayer identification number (TIN) — if available. Residence permit in Greece — if available.

Consular Registration
Processing time: Up to 2 weeks.

Residence permit in Greece: (Residence Permit / Άδεια Διαμονής; Certificate / Βεβαίωση; temporary protection status document).

Required documents for the attorney-in-fact: A clear copy or photo of the internal passport of a citizen of Ukraine. A clear copy or photo of the taxpayer identification number (TIN).
Additional note: If the power of attorney relates to movable or immovable property, documents confirming ownership of the relevant property must be provided.
Certificate of Birthplace Confirmation
Required documents: International passport. Internal Ukrainian passport. Taxpayer identification number (TIN). Birth certificate. Marriage certificate or document proving name/surname change (if the surname on the birth certificate does not match the passports).
Processing time: Up to 2 weeks — if all documents are expired. Up to 1 week — if only the international passport is expired and the internal passport is valid.
Required documents: International passport (if available) or police loss report certificate. Internal Ukrainian passport. Taxpayer identification number (TIN). Birth certificate. Marriage certificate or another document confirming name/surname change (if applicable).
Express Passport Delivery to the Consulate of Ukraine
Processing time: Up to 3 weeks.
Required documents:
For adults: International passport.
For minors: Child’s international passport. Passport of the parent who applied for the child’s passport.
